Is the word "softwares" correct, from usage perspective?

Hi,
Recently, I was involved in a small debate with a colleague about
usage of "softwares" as the plural for "software". Personally, I think
software is a plural of itself and "softwares" is wrong, but what do
you think? Especially, in the context of technical documents like delp
docs, user manuals and so on? Or does that depend on whether you are
using American or British English?

Thanks and regards,
Tanveer

Oops a typo...please read "delp docs" as "help docs".
